HP Envy 110 e-All in One | Review

HP Envy 110 hadir dengan desain yang sangat menarik, modelnya ramping dibuat dengan menggunakan bahan material kelas tinggi yang jarang di gunakan pada printer jenis lainnya - tetapi sayang harga jual Printer ini cukup mahal.

Sebuah layar sentuh ukuran 3.5in di panel kontrol bagian depan yang bisa secara otomatis terbuka pada saat sedang mencetak.

HP ENVY 110 juga dilengkapi aplikasi cetak yang berbasis Web. Seperti halnya ePrint, setelah di lakukan instalasi, layar sentuh akan menampilkan menu pada beberapa aplikasi sederhana (cetak foto, copy, scan) di bawahnya masih ada banyak pilihan dari 20 aplikasi, dan selebih nya masih bisa di download.

Yang paling mengesankan adalah aplikasi Facebook; semua foto yang terkait dengan profil Anda bisa langsung di cetak. Juga di layar LCD Anda bisa meng-akses ke album foto secara online dari Photobucket, SmugMug, Snapfish dan Picasa, beberapa panduan peta sebuah kota bisa langsung dicetak dari ArrivalGuides.com, lembaran partitur musik piano secara gratis dan beberapa halaman Sudoku juga bisa langsung dicetak. Ada juga beberapa aplikasi peta jalan, yang dapat  berguna untuk panduan anda mengemudi (aplikasi ini tersedia dari Bing Map).

Selain aplikasi diatas, ditambah juga Aplikasi Disney menawarkan koleksi gambar halaman mewarnai yang bisa di cetak - salah satunya dari koleksi Winnie the Pooh, Nickelodeon, template origami, dan aplikasi HP Cards dan Easy HP Crafts.

Aplikasi QuickForm menyediakan template untuk mencetak kalender bulanan dan mingguan, notes dan kertas grafik dan daftar kerja.

Ada satu masalah utama dengan semua ini, HP ENVY 110, walaupun memiliki layar sentuh yang brilian dan pilihan aplikasi yang banyak, koneksi WiFi yang lebih di unggulkan, sehingga sangat mungkin bahwa Printer ini akan ditempatkan jauh dari meja kerja, sehingga kita tidak yakin aplikasi ini benar-benar akan digunakan.

iPhone Connected
Pemilik gadget Apple akan menyukai AirPrint - Yaitu kemampuan untuk mencetak langsung dari iPhone atau iPad. Cara ini sangat sederhana, Cukup memilih album foto Anda, pilih foto, kemudian pilih 'cetak'. Ikon HP Envy 110 akan muncul pada ponsel Anda, jika printer terkoneksi jaringan. Dalam pengujian kami, meskipun, sebuah iPhone 3GS membutuhkan waktu tujuh detik untuk berkomunikasi dengan printer dan memerlukan waktu sekitar 02:02 untuk mencetak foto warna ukuran 4 x 6 in. Hasil ini cukup lambat - meskipun hasil cetak nya baik. Hasil cetak dari PC vs. iPhone menghasilkan kecepatan detik 01:04 untuk mencetak ukuran 4x6in. Sementara itu, mencetak 5 halaman teks hitam putih memerlukan waktu 01 menit 03 detik.

HP ePRINT
ePrint adalah fitur yang benar-benar menarik, masing-masing printer memiliki alamat email sendiri, setelah registrasi melalui online.

Pemindai | Scanner bekerja cukup cepat (26 detik per halaman) dan hasil scan dapat di di simpan dalam format JPG dan bisa di simpan langsung ke USB atau SD card serta PC atau  Mac yang terhubung langsung ke Printer. Di samping kanan ada host slot USB untuk mengambil gambar dari flash drive dan juga berfungsi sebagai pictbridge, selain juga dilengkapi multi memory card reader.

Kesimpulan
Meskipun semua fitur bagus, desain model yang elegant dan user interface cukup baik dan mudah untuk dipahami, kita berpikir bahwa Printer HP ENVY 110 adalah ditujukan untuk kalangan ber-gaya di atas kemampuan Printer, hanya cukup menampung 80 lembar kertas untuk percetakan, meskipun suaranya tenang, proses cetak cukup lambat dan harga jual yang mahal dengan cetakan warna yang standard.
